General customer service duties working in a busy call centre environment. Answering incoming enquiries and booking out Engineers.

Upselling and cross selling whilst on the call.

Must have a pleasant telephone manner, good data entry skills and be flexible.

The Call Centre are open between the hours are -

Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm

Saturday - 9am - 5pm (working 1 in 3 Saturdays.)

Sunday 9am - 4pm (working 1 in 7 Sundays.)

For the right candidate this may become permanent.
