I am currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to join a leading company based in Wakefield who pride themselves in their people and development.

This role is a great entry level role which gives a fantastic insight into the business. They are a growing group who encourage development and offer shadowing of roles in other departments to fully support people's development.

In this role you will be working in the Customer Service department to manage enquiries from customers which include both other centres and service users via telephone and email. You will work with other departments when necessary to reach resolutions to queries. You will keep up to date with all new products /information through on-going supported training.

You will work as part of a team to ensure the customer journey is an excellent experience!

You main duties will include:
- Provide informed response as first point of contact - Via phone and email
- Ensure customer satisfaction and continuity of service is managed
- Put your customer first with a 'First time Resolution' approach
- Work closely with teams within the organisation to ensure consistent, seamless and accurate customer service
- Maximise every interaction to deliver the customer wow

If you have all or most of the following skills then we would be really keen to speak to you:
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in the education/training sector
- A drive to exceed expectations
- A passion for maintaining your own personal development
- Ability to work as part of team
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
- Highly organised
