An opportunity has arisen to join a thriving company who are currently experiencing an exciting time of growth in various departments. This particular position will be based within an integral part of the business, the customer service team. You will be expected to contribute to the efficient service of the business providing prompt and professional support to all clients.

Duties will include:
* Responding to all client queries in an accurate way
* Process orders accurately on behalf of the customer
* Processing customer payments
* Processing replacement orders
* Organise & progress deliveries
* Initiate add on sales and up-selling opportunities as they arise
* Respond to Customers feedback on company website
* Monitoring and checking stock levels
* Dealing with various different customer products

Your skills and experience will include:
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to maintain strong customer relationships
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to prioritise a busy workload
* Strong Order processing & IT skills

You will be based in an open plan friendly office, this is not a call centre environment.

You will need to be flexible as the working hours/shifts are as follows:
Mon - Fri - either 7am-4pm/8am-5pm/9am-6pm
1 in 4 weekends with a day off in the week
