CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISER

£10.99

CONTRACT

MONDAY - FRIDAY

To act as first point of contact for customers of the London Borough of Richmond and Wandsworth

You will be working as part of a multi skilled customer service team across all access channels including online, face to face and phone to meet customer need.

The ideal candidates must have:

·  Experience in council tax and benefits

·  Previous customer service experience

·  Strong communication skills
