Our client, a reputable business based in Newark, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their small, friendly team due to expansion.

You will be a candidate who is passionate about delivering fantastic Customer Service at all times and strive to make a difference within the business. Progression could be available for the right person in the form of a Customer Service Team Leader.

Duties will include:

-Being the first point of contact for all customers calling into the business
-Tracking customer deliveries and dealing with them proactive to reduce queries and complaints
-Liaising with suppliers and transport contacts
-Raising purchase orders
-Updating company CRM system
-Dealing with customer complaints and resolving in a timely manner
-Raising invoices
-Processing quotations
-Consistently improving customer experience

The ideal candidate will:

-Have a background in a busy, fast paced Customer Service role
-Have excellent attention to detail
-Have the ability to work in an ever changing environment and be proactive in dealing with queries
-Ideally have a background working with CRM system
-Be proficient
-Have knowledge of the Logistics industry (desirable but not essential)

This will be a full time role Monday to Friday 40 hours per week. This is a busy, fast paced role and will be suitable for a candidate who enjoys a challenge.
