Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £23,000- £26,000
Rochester
Monday- Friday 7:30am- 4pm. Early finish every Friday !!
Modern Open Plan Office, Free Parking & generous holiday allowance !!
We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-known organisation based in Rochester. You'll be based in a modern open plan office, working with a close knit team where training will be provided. We are looking for candidates that have strong customer service, data entry and administrative experience.
Duties:
· Updating customers on their orders; over the phone, email and online portal
· Processing sales orders efficiently and accurately
· Acknowledging customer orders in a timely manner
· Assisting customers with order related queries
· Managing customer complaints and requesting credit notes where needed
· Responsible for administrative tasks
· Ad-hoc duties around the office
