Exciting Opportunity for an Administrator in Lambourn, West Berkshire!
Are you a self-motivated and reliable individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service? Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking a dynamic Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis and offering a salary of £25,000 - £27,000. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment where your organisational skills and attention to detail will be put to good use.
As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing individual customer accounts, ensuring day-to-day planning and operational aspects run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
· Monitoring order volumes and receipts daily, collaborating closely with relevant team leaders to coordinate resources effectively.
· Maintaining close relationships with clients, providing prompt communication to address any queries or concerns.
· Ensuring accurate invoices are prepared on a weekly/monthly basis in line with customer rates.
· Attending meetings with clients to offer a day-to-day perspective and discuss account needs.
· Managing customer expectations, addressing delays or issues proactively and keeping them updated.
· Maintaining and strengthening customer relationships, ensuring their logistics needs are met.
To excel in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, both internally within the team and externally when interacting with clients. Your ability to think creatively and find solutions to challenges will be essential, as well as your proficiency in using Windows Office Packages and Logistics Management Systems.
