Customer Service Assistant (Temp)

Trafford Park, close to the Trafford Centre

£8.72 per hour

Monday 19th October start for 1 - 2 weeks

My client are a leading and highly reputable ecommerce company in Trafford Park, they require some help during a particularly busy period therefore I am looking for someone customer service focused who is confident calling customers to check the details and their order.

Phone experience is required

Understanding of compliance and data protection

Undertake a range of administration tasks on the company system

Excellent attention to detail, detail accuracy and communication skills are required

The ability to work at pace through a variety of tasks some of which can be high volume

Excellent IT skills

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday

10am to 6pm

Parking is available
