Adecco are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a Finance Company. The role involves a mix of telephone work and administration as you will be responsible for dealing with our client's customers who are coming to the end of their Finance agreements. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing end of contract paperwork and providing invoices for customers.

You will:
* Deliver a high standard of customer service when responding to customer enquiries and requests
* Provide an efficient and effective telephone service to all customers
* Identify customer needs and act to ensure they're satisfied,
* You will need to produce tailored written responses, and ensure all customers concerns/requests are followed through to resolution or escalated respectively.
* Respond to complex or difficult customers both in writing and verbally whilst liaising with manufacturers, external agents and internal departments as appropriate
