Working for a growing company based on the outskirts of Nantwich, my client is looking for a well organised, customer focused individual to join their small customer service team. Duties will include:
*To action credit and return notes using Sage.
*Daily telephone calls inbound and outbound to customers
*Organising replacement goods.
*Liaising with our carriers daily to ensure service needs are met
* Processing orders accurately
* Dealing with customer queries
*Recording and reporting transport delivery failures
*Processing claims with the carriers and follow up on
*Attending monthly meetings with the Logistics team and Transport company, to discuss areas of service failure
*Filing of Picking sheets
*Recognising improvements that can be made to reduce the number of internal errors at customer level

Skills Required
*Previous Customer Service experience necessary
*Confident & outgoing personality
*High level of communication skills
*Ability to learn and deal with a variety of processes
*Good IT skills - To include knowledge of Excel
*Good commercial awareness of opportunities
*Ability to work as a team and help their colleagues when required
*Good telephone manner
