We have an exciting opportunity to join a forwarding thinking company based in Kettering.

They are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and self-motived Customer Service/Sales Professional to join their successful team. Previous experience of working in a B2B sales environment is preferably for this position.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday - 08.30- 17.30 plus currently 1 in every 7 Saturdays -9am to 16:00 (42.5 hours)

Salary: £20,510 - plus bonus (OTE £22,300)

Your duties will include:
- Order processing, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Discussing stock availability and advising on products
- Progress chasing of orders and keeping customers updated
- Dealing with customer complaints and queries
- Cross selling of products

You will have the below skills/experience:
- Be able to work within a busy, target driven environment
- Possess previous customer service/sales experience
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Good administration skills
- Be able to liaise with a broad range of people
- Be able to cross sell
- Be able to work on your own initiative
- Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, Sage 200 would be desirable
