Global leader in manufacturing based in Barry are looking to recruit a Customer Coordinator on a full time basis working 40 hours per week.
Job Role / Key Duties
Work within Dow's SAP business quality system in order to
· Track open quality complaints ensuring that responses to complaints are sent on time and that tasks get closed out.
· Work with site contacts (Barry, Seneffe & Wiesbaden) and Business Quality Champions to ensure that customer complaints are investigated in a timely manner.
· Consolidate feedback from M&E into a high quality, initial complaints response for customers, outlining a containment actions required.
· Follow up with any additional customer communication as required.
· Ensure that and corrective and preventative actions are documented and assigned appropriately.
· Follow up and escalate any complaints that do not have customer communication tasks closed within the required time frame.
Skills / Experience
· Previous customer service experience
· Strong communications skills both written and verbal
· IT literate, good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
· Experience analyzing data.
· SAP experience is desirable for this role
· Able to work independantly and willing to take the initiative
