Exciting opportunity to join a rapidly upcoming and successful company based in Newbury. Our client is looking for a Customer Care Advisor. The role is offering a salary of £18,500 and the shift hours range between Mon- Fri, 8am-7pm (standard rate) and 1 in 5 Sat 9am- 5pm (time and a half).

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has excellent communication skills and customer service experience.

Main areas of responsibility

·  Call Handling

·  Action of emails in a prompt manner

·  Booking and tracking of collections

·  Raising tickets

·  Resolving tickets

·  Tracking of consignments;

·  Pass all customer escalations and complaints to the Customer Services Manager in a prompt manner

·  Ensures that the company satisfies both its internal and external customer needs

·  Communicating courteously with internal and external customers by telephone and email

·  Keeping up to date with any organisational changes in products or services
