CONTRACT MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Adecco Harrow has a fantastic opportunity to join a well established company based in South Ruislip. Our client is looking for a Contract Management Administrator to join their team on a Permanent basis. Paying £20,000 and increasing to £20,500 after six months. Starting ASAP.

Salary: £20,000 (after six months increases to £20,500)
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00
Days: Monday - Friday
Location: South Ruislip
DUTIES:

* Requesting credit checks for new customers
* Setting up of new payers and customer sites once credit limits have been obtained
* Creating and updating of customer information
* Completing daily ETA's - installs, uplifts, re-sites and reviewing daily report to ensure all information is up to date
* Reviewing weekly uplifts and updating agreement lines/machine records
* Setting up of agreements and adding machines on billing lines to ensure calls can be raised and invoices created correctly
* Requesting manual invoices to be raised by the commercial team as per requests on the paperwork
* Querying agreement terms with sales reps to ensure accurate data on system
* Ensuring machines are added to the filter schedule
* Working alongside Order Processing and New Business teams to ensure all data is up to date
* Filing of all completed paperwork
* To provide a high level of customer service to internal customers at all times
* Dealing with high volume emails and some phone calls
* Completing all systematic updates
* Any other tasks required to support the department's functions

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Working in a high pressure, complex environment
* Exceptional Multi-tasking skills
* Advanced experience in Microsoft, particularly Excel
* Experience of using bespoke systems
* Display a high level of organisational skills
* Must have discretion and able to manage confidential information
* Enthusiastic and driven
* Team player.
* Must have Right to Work in UK
