Adecco have an exciting opportunity for an Contact Centre Advisor in Trowbridge to join a successful global industrial distributor, who value their staff and offer great benefits such as pension, life assurance, 25 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays.

Salary : Negotiable

Location : Trowbridge

Hours : Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm

Duration: Fixed term contract ( 12 months)

Job Description:

As an Contact Sales Advisor you will assist in providing an effective and efficient management of existing customer accounts to re-engage with our client. In addition to this you will be working to develop new business in order to meet Branch, Area and Regional targets. Full training will be given and the successful candidate will be provided with full knowledge or our clients products.

Duties:

·  Provide a consistently excellent level of personal service and attention when contacting potential new and existing customers

·  Collate customer information by utilising key fact finding and open questioning techniques to establish how we can maximise our service and gain more business

·  Consistently generate profitable sales for the Branch network by maximising quality in the sales calls you make

·  Contribute to the effective operation of the business through active participation in sales development and customer service activities with customers

·  Provide management with required reports, information and feedback

·  To update the in house CRM system with customer feedback and call activities

·  Arranging appointments for Sales Representatives to meet with prospective or lapsed customers

It would be great to see candidates with:

·  It is essential for the successful person to have proven experience within a customer service environment

·  Ability to solve queries professionally and quickly

·  Excellent attention to detail and prioritisation skills

·  Ability to build relationships quickly, with both internal and external customers

·  Strong influencing skills
