Adecco are proud to be working with our Client who are seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to join their team!
We are seeking a confident Administrator who works well under pressure to join our well established Client in Ashford. This role requires good Customer Service and great attention to detail so if you have these attributes then we would love to hear from you!
Your main duties will include:
· Produce Customer product manuals
· Process the financial aspect of call-out charges
· Prepare engineer paperwork
· Process new orders, creating new database records
· Schedule service visits
· Book hotels
· Arrange intercom number changes with supplier
· Updating customer database from engineer reports
· Achieve daily follow-up call-out responses to all incoming requests
· Achieve scheduling of engineer to cover outstanding service visits to monthly requirement
In return for the above you will be working Monday to Friday Office Hours with a Salary of £18,500 - £20,000.
