Job Title: Complaints Officer

Location: Ealing, W5 2HL

Remuneration: Hourly rate £19.50 PAYE / £25.22 Umbrella

Contract Details: Temporary, 6 months (Possibility of extension)

Responsibilities:

·  Investigate and resolve complaints in accordance with the Social Services Act 2017, the Children Act 2004, and the Care Act 2014.

·  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather relevant information and evidence for complaint investigations.

·  Provide guidance and support to customers during the complaints process, ensuring a positive experience.

·  Maintain accurate records and documentation related to complaints, ensuring compliance with organisational standards.

·  Analyse complaint data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance service delivery.

·  Liaise with relevant departments and teams to assist in the resolution of complaints, driving positive outcomes for customers.

Your skills and qualifications:

·  Previous experience in complaint handling or a customer service role.

·  Strong administration skills, including proficiency in MS Office.

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers professionally and empathetically.

·  Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, such as the Social Services Act 2017, the Children Act 2004, and the Care Act 2014.
