A new and exciting position has arisen for one of our clients based in the Thornton Heath for a Complaints/Compliance Officer .
This position is initially for a 1 year maternity contract with the view to extend depending upon performance.
To collate, investigate and respond to customer, customer representative, third party and client complaints in a timely, methodical and informed manner, whilst observing statutory, regulatory, legislative and contractual requirements. To proactively seek to aid the improvement of quality and adherence to compliance within all areas of the business. To ensure confidentiality, impartiality and integrity is demonstrated at all times.
Skills & Abilities:-
· Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Visio, Word and Excel,
· Strong organisational skills and able to prioritise the needs of our business
· Able to communicate to customers, stakeholders and suppliers clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing when required
· Ability to work under own initiative and experience when targets and tasks are set
· Good team player
· Ability to focus on detail
Good command of English language both written and spoken. Efficiency in general office duties is mandatory. The work schedule will involve higher-grade computer and personal skills. Required skills include proficiency in English, comprehensive computer skills and a professional outlook. Training by experienced colleagues is the norm, as is working alone and prioritising the workload.
6-12 months experience in a similar position is essential.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09.00am - 17.30pm
Salary: £19,000PA - £21,000PA
