To join a dedicated small team where flexibility is important and where being comfortable both working on your own and as part of the wider team are key. Our current opening hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and we are looking for the right person to join our team on a full time or part time basis.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Helping to manage the incoming workflow to the complaints area.
This includes email, letter and telephone contact.
· Effective case management working under own initiative and can prioritise a variety of tasks effectively.
Skills & Experience required Positive and energetic attitude required - we'll show you the rest.
