Compensation and Benefits Officer - HR project
Stockport
6 months fixed term contract to be reviewed ongoing
£47,000 per annum plus 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (pro rata duration of contract)

Key responsibilities and skills required:
- salary and benefits benchmarking
- proven experience required of evaluating market data to benchmark effectively salary reviews and benefits package appropriate for all bandings
- Generate reports on compensation metrics and benefits utilisation for management review
- Analyse compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
- present data findings and solutions proposed to senior leadership team
- work with HR team across this diverse project with effective communication
- strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel skills required
