A leading manufacturer of small parts and components based in Rotherham are looking for operators of CNC machinery ASAP. This company produce high volume products from CNC lathes, although this is initially a temporary position there is a view to taking staff on perm.

The parts that the company work with and produce are only small and can come in large batches of up to a few hundred off. An extra £150 will be paid to all our temp staff if they can meet the production target set by the company at the end of the week.

what our client is looking for is determined and enthusiastic individuals to operate their machinery which is all new, has the most up to date tooling and engineering techniques. the client is focused on engineering and manufacturing efficiency such as finishing a batch of pre programmed parts in an allotted time scale that was agreed with the customer.

All skill levels of machining will be considered for this temporary position.

My client is currently looking for two turners due to an increase in workload over this busy period.

The company have decided that although programming CNCs is not a necessity, The company do a lot of repeat jobs so programs are already saved on their systems and simply require loading onto the machines and pressing go.
