Adecco Durham has a fantastic opportunity to join a well established engineering company as an experienced CNC Miller Operator/Setter/Programmer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Our client is a well established business serving widespread industry sectors; they are continually able to update their working practices to ensure they provide the best service and price possible. They have invested significantly in machinery, equipment, programming and management systems to keep them at the fore front of their industry.

Key Duties:
*Safe and appropriate operation of machinery.
*Setting of jobs on machinery.
*Inspection of jobs as instructed.
*Programming of machines.
*Daily cleaning and maintenance of machinery used.
*Completion of route cards and all other documentation as required.
*Training of other personnel as instructed.
*Any other tasks as required.
*Personal compliance to QA procedures.
*Personal compliance to H & S procedures.

Skills & Experience:
*Must have Fanuc and Heidenhain control experience

Hours:
Permanent Backshift
Monday to Thursday - 15.30 to 01.30
Shift Premium 21% of rate for 38 hours only

Rates:
Rates of Pay are dependent on experience - from £10 to £15 per hour

Overtime Rates:
Weekday - Time and a third
Weekend - Time and a half
