Do you have customer service experience? Can you communicate with people at all levels? Are you able to work in a busy environment?

Our Client is looking for Client Services Assistants to work in their call centre acting as the first point of contact for their customers.

The successful candidate will need to be able to work under pressure and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

In addition, you will need to have the following:

·  5 GCSE's or equivalent grade A-C

·  Fast and accurate data entry

·  Good attention to detail

·  Previous customer service experience
