A forward thinking, sales focused company are looking for a Client Sales Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a very exciting role whereby your sales ability will be rewarded with an excellent bonus structure and fantastic company benefits. In this role you will have many responsibilities. These will include:

* Meeting client requirements in order to achieve revenue in line with corporate and personal goals

* Identifying, progressing and converting sales leads as required

* Proactively and consistently strive to identify and obtain new business opportunities both generated through sales calls and client visits

* Managing and profitably developing client relationships

* Ensuring all necessary administration, and aftercare services are concluded in line with company policies

* Understanding and meeting agreed KPI's and financial targets

* Complying with company management systems, including accurate database management

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

* Previous sales experience

* Self motivation and the ability to identify opportunities

* Be tenacious and resilient

* Ambitious, driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives

* Problem solving, influencing, questioning and listening skills

* Excellent attention to detail

* Customer focused approach

* Time management and organisational skills

* Appropriately presented

* Have an upbeat and confident telephone manner

For this role you will require a full driving licence and car. The working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
