Our client who are based in Kettering are looking for a Claims Handler to join their team.
Main duties of the role will include -
Responding to calls quickly and efficiently whilst providing a first class service.
Dealing with all aspects of all classes of claims.
Maintaining electronic files and computer files.
Handling incoming written and telephone enquiries.
The ideal person will be highly customer focused, able to communicate at all levels.
Have a confident telephone manner, be a strong negotiator and computer literate.
