Are you an experienced Claims Assessor? Have you worked in the veterinary industry before? Are you are available immediately?

If yes, then this maybe the role for you. Our client is looking for an experienced Claims Assessor to administer a range of insurance policies, providing peace of mind for owners and providing the best possible care.

Successful candidate will need to be educated to a GCSE level, or equivalent and have a qualification in veterinary nursing or similar animal related field at either level 2 and/or level 3

Duties of the role will include:

- Accurately enter/allocate received claims documentation to the appropriate policy on in-house systems.
- Handle all calls efficiently and professionally to agreed service standards.
- Ensure that claims assessment service levels are adhered to.
- Pre-authorisation of claims.
- Research and request missing information to expedite prompt claims assessment.
- Compose / edit correspondence ensuring all documentation is professional and correct.
