On Behalf of our Client, We are looking for an enthusiastic,
-Head chef
-Chef de Partie
-Commis Chef
-Sous Chef
-Pastry Chef
For an immediate start!
The ideal candidate for this position will be someone with a passion for food and who is keen for a new challenge.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Support the preparation and presentation of dishes
-Follow and monitor the food budget/costing established together with the owner
-Ensure safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen
-Keep up with industry trends and regularly create new recipes for specials
Qualifications and Skills:
-Associate Degree in Culinary Arts preferred
-At least 2 years experience in a busy kitchen preferred
-Excellent communication and organisation skills
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Dedicated to food quality and control
-Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standard (HACCP Level 3 trained)
-Fluent English
-A positive attitude
