We are looking to recruit enthusiastic Contact Centre/Customer Service Agents to join our clients expanding team and have a number of positions available.
Part time - working every weekend Saturday and Sunday 10am to 2pm and two evenings in the week 17:00 - 22:00 or 18:00 - 22:00 In regards to the hours they can be flexible, but the weekend working is a must. You would be required to work 16 hours in a week
· You would need to be available to work in the day time for 6 weeks to complete your training, 1 week of night-shifts
Location - Corby
Salary - £9.23 per hour plus an additional allowance between 9pm to 10pm
Some of your duties will include:
· Handling incoming calls.
· Booking engineer service visits.
· Identifying and ordering spare parts.
· Assisting with trouble shooting.
· Providing pre purchase advice.
· Cross selling warranties.
The successful candidate will be customer focused, have soft selling skills, a structured approach to hitting goals and deadlines, excellent telephone communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
A good degree of computer literacy is a must alongside previous customer services experience.
