Customer Service Advisor
40 hours per week Monday - Friday (1 in 4 Saturdays)
Recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a team of 8 in Chiswick. The role is an immediate start contract role ending in July 2019. The client is looking for a candidate that has the following:
· Previous experience within Customer Services dealing with a high volume of calls and emails.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Confident using IT Systems and updating account information
· Have the ability to remain calm under pressure
· Excellent people skills and being able to work well in a team
· The ability to handle complaints and difficult situations
· Setting up and maintaining existing Customer Accounts
· Managing incoming calls from Customers
· Dealing with general Customer enquiries
· General Administration duties
· Logging each call on the CRM system
