We have a position for an experienced Administrator to provide secretarial and administration support to a busy team environment. Initially this position will be for 3-6 months and you will be based on reception providing a welcoming introduction to the company. This role requires an individual with a friendly and professional manner, someone with excellent communications skills both in person and over the phone. Duties will involve answering external telephone calls, meeting and signing in visitors, distributing the incoming mail to the office and prepare outgoing mail and parcels. You will be responsible for the purchase and control of stationery, computer consumables and furniture, maintain the databases relating to stock control and issue and co-ordinate office services such as confidential waste disposal, vending machines and water dispensers. Additionally, you will be required to arrange hotels and travel, provide varied administrative support including taking minutes of weekly meetings and assisting the Human Resources team. This role requires an individual with previous experience, they must have fast and accurate typing speeds and a good standard of numeracy and literacy. You must be computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office and associated packages and have good accuracy and attention to detail.
