Job Title: Booking Clerk (Temporary)
Rate: £11.44PH
Hours: Full time Monday-Friday, can be flexible for the right applicant.
Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry? We have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, within the public sector, is looking for a Booking Clerk to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent attention to detail, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
· Accurately and efficiently enter booking information into the system
· Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly
· Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks
· Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and modifications
· Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to bookings
· Uphold the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling customer information
Skills and Qualifications:
· Previous experience in data entry or a similar role preferred
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
· Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
· Customer-focused mindset with a positive and friendly attitude
