Audio Typist

Conveyancing team

Preston City Centre

Joining a busy legal conveyancing office, my client is looking for a proactive individual with good interpersonal skills to join their team on a permanent basis.

As an Audio Typist, you will be responsible for;

·  Producing letters and correspondence from digital audio dictation equipment

·  Maintaining and updating the case management system and MS Office

·  Providing administrative support to the Solicitor where necessary

In order to be successful in this position, you will obtain;

·  Proven knowledge surrounding audio typing processes and equipment

·  Good IT skills with excellent attention to detail

·  Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management software
