We are currently recruiting an Audio Typist to join one of our health care service providers on the outskirts of Chester on a temporary basis.
- Typing and finalising of diagnostic reports, sending confirmation of diagnoses letters, reports and additional correspondence with accompanying information sheets.
- Assist in the provision of an effective administration team.
- Work in conjunction with administrative colleagues, clinical staff and service users to provide an efficient and cost-effective clerical support service, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
37.5 hrs per week Monday - Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm) - candidates must be able to start immediately!
We are looking for candidates who can display the following;
� Previous experience of working within in a busy office environment is an advantage.
� Good working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office Packages.
� Excellent keyboard skills.
� Ability to organise, plan and prioritise own workload.
� Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
