This role is for an experienced Assistant Manager who will be a charismatic and dynamic leader for a new restaurant within a luxury, exclusive hotel.
The basic role is to assist the Restaurant Manager in the daily running of the restaurant area where they will uphold high standards and train the team constantly.

Role includes:
*Striving to achieve and maintain high standards
*Being a visible member of the restaurant operation, on the floor driving our table service standards.
*Helping our guests and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
*Understand and monitor the need for health and hygiene procedures and training staff on these.
*Assisting in running the restaurant and creating extraordinary experiences for our guests.
*Understanding of P&L and applying their understanding to the department.
*Staff training and product knowledge training

Knowledge, skills and abilities:
*Supervisory/management experience in a busy fast paced restaurant environment.
*Excellent time management.
*Microsoft proficient.
*Exceptional customer service skills.
*Management of a team of 10+ staff
