Our client, a successful local business, are currently recruiting for an Architect to join their team based in Rainham, Essex.

Your duties will include:

* Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer aided design applications.
* Writing and presenting reports.
* Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
* Specifying the requirements for the project.
* Provide research to evolve and promote the continuous use and understanding of building design, construction strategies, policies and standards.

The most suitable candidate will have experience in using Revit and Microstation and the ability to assess design solutions. They will also have excellent communication skills with the ability to promote and make value based decisions.
