Exciting opportunity for an API Technical Analyst! We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual, for our client, a renowned organisation in need of your skills in API analysis. If you possess a deep understanding of APIs, along with experience using tools like Postman for API testing, we want to hear from you!
Position: API Technical Analyst
Daily Rate: £300 (inside IR35 via umbrella)
⏰ Contract Length: 6 months inhitially
Hybrid working - 2 - 3 days in Slough or Manchester
Job Requirements:
- Familiarity with APIs: Dive into the fascinating world of APIs and leverage your expertise to analyse existing API designs and discover areas for enhancement.
- Experience using Postman or similar API testing tools: Be the wizard who skillfully utilises testing tools like Postman to ensure the reliability and functionality of APIs.
- Unit testing experience: Demonstrate your prowess by performing thorough unit tests to verify the integrity and correctness of APIs.
- Continual Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimise API monitoring, performance, and overall process efficiency. Seek innovative ways to automate tasks and enhance alerting and incident response mechanisms.
- Document and Educate: Be a guiding light! Document key processes and lessons learned, ensuring knowledge transfer within the ITSM chapter.
