An exciting opportunity has risen in one of our highly respected public sector organisations based in South East London. our client is searching for an Agency Contract Officer to work on a temporary basis however there could be long term opportunities available.

To be successful for the role you must have:

-Good understanding of Agency Worker Regulations (AWR)

-Good understanding of IR35 Regulations

-Good understanding of master vendor contracts/managed services and the different types of managed services (including companies that supply)

-Must be highly organised and self-regulating

-Have an interest in agency workforce management, contract management, current legislation around the hiring of a contingent workforce

-Must have a keen eye for detail and ability to deduce

-Ability to deal with a range of complex operational issues simultaneously and accurately

-Self-driven and effective communicator, in both written and verbal modes; is able to present and explain KPIs / metric reports to various stakeholders throughout the Council.

-Strong drive to proactively seek out and implement improvement

-Must be objective to analyse information often from a variety of sources and individuals and establish what has happened in a situation and create a reasonable solution mitigating as much risk to the organisation as possible

-Must be proactive and self sufficient

-Strong written communications

-Must have ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers alike
