Do you have previous office administration experience? Do you enjoy a varied day?

My client based in Sudbury is looking for a friendly, adaptable and outgoing individual. It is essential that you are able to work under pressure at times during busy peak periods. Have the ability to use your own initiative and be able to work well in a team.

Main duties:

� Processing customer orders

� Direct contact with customers via the telephone

� Arrange couriers and deliveries.

� Prepare order confirmations for customers

� Produce work documentation

� Using Excel on a daily basis maintaining databases.

This position will suit an individual who has previous admin, sales admin or order processing experience.

Monday to Friday- 8am- 5pm. With an early finish on a Friday.

£8.25- 8.50 per hour- 39 hour week.
