We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our well established client based in Bow, East London. This role is based in a retail environment so you will have face to face contact with customers.
Our client is a very busy retail distributor serving both public and trade customers. This is initially a temporary role but will go permanent for the right candidate.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a good level of customer service and you must be computer literate.
The main duties of the role are :
· liaising with customers
· take and process orders for goods
· customer service face to face and over the phone
· produce invoices
· take payments face to face and over the phone
· check stock availabiltiy
· work as part of a team
· flexible approach to work
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm and one in 3 Saturdays on rotation 8am - 12pm.
