Our Henley client is looking for an Administrator (Nights) working four shift out of 7 days on a rota.
The role will involve answering calls and taking orders to input onto the in house system ready for processing the next day.
Key activities and responsibilities:-
To receive incoming calls and input onto the in house system
To ensure that all customer orders are taken and completed to agreed deadlines for ordering allocations
To keep up to date with product knowledge
To keep customers informed of special offers and products availability
To ensure that all relevant paper work is completed correctly for deliveries
To print off bulk order sheets and accurately record
Able to work to work from and complete pre printed order forms
Customer Service skills
Able to work alone or in a team
Can do attitude
Experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to work at fast pace
