Adecco are currently recruiting for a Repairs Support Administrator for our client based in Bishops Stortford, Herts. This is a brilliant opportunity for a motivated and ambitious person looking to build a career within successful international business.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for supporting the repairs coordinator with regards to the organisation of the job packs, booking security for sites and raising PO numbers. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to join a close team of 5 that can client can offer training and career progression.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00 and Friday 08:30-16:00, offering a salary of �18,000 - �19,000 per annum. Benefits include 25 days holiday and onsite parking.

Key responsibilities:

*The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for organising the job packs and ensuring they are completed from a compliance perspective and the client has been notified of the works schedule.

*On average you will be responsible for the organisation and compliance of the job packs.

*Support the repairs sales coordinator with providing quotations to the clients via job sheets that have been filled out by the engineer.

*Ensure that all documentation and correspondence of the job pack is saved in the shared drive and accessible for the team.

*Ensure that the office diary is updated with the works scheduled.

*If repairs are scheduled for over night, arranging for security to be on site by contacting preferred suppliers.

*Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing updates for the client.

*General administrative duties as requested by the line manager.

The ideal candidate:

Adecco are looking for a candidate who is process driven and organised. You will have exceptional time keeping and hold yourself to the highest professional conduct in the workplace.

*Proven experience within a fast paced administrative or customer focused role would be advantageous.

*Intermediate excel and IT skills is essential- Advance knowledge of excel (Pivot tables, V-lookups) would be advantageous.

*You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure.

*Strong IT and computer literacy skills; Confident handling and analysing numerical data.

*Experience within the construction industry would be advantageous.

*Excellent IT skills including the use of all Microsoft packages.

*Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.

*Team player, willing to muck in where needed.
