Administrator - Ely - £11.47per hour
Temporary, ASAP START!
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our client based in Ely, this role is a Temporary position lasting until Christmas to help support them in a busy period for the business!
Pay: £11.47
Hours: 09:00am-17:30pm, Monday to Friday
What does the role involve?
� Collate installation data and use our software to create installation schedules, based on expected time required in store and travel.
� Support installers whilst they are on the road and quality control checks using pictures of work done.
� Create final reports for clients once each project is finished.
� Ensure installations are scheduled correctly and in a timely manner, and any issue raised immediately.
� Maintain a master spreadsheet & database of work performed by installers and the most recent photographs of them.
� Take ownership for resolving any problems identified by the installers and relevant assembly operatives, in relation to missing display items/components.
Skills and/or experience required :
· Good levels of verbal and written English
· Ability to use IT systems and Microsoft Office packages such as Excel is required.
· A 'can-do' attitude and the ability to think creatively to solve challenges.
· Ability to take a proactive approach to resolving problems on site.
· Able to work on own initiative and under pressure.
· Flexible approach to meet the needs and time restraints of high-profile projects.
· If you have experience of logistics/resource planning/Scheduling that would be beneficial.
