Adecco are proud to be working with a well known Company based in Ashford.
They are currently recruiting for a Guest experience Advisor and a Guest experience Host on a 8 week Temporary basis.
Location: Ashford
Duration: 8 Weeks - Possibility to go Permanent
Pay Rate: £9.00 per hour
Immediate start
Interviews: on Monday 8 th July 2019 and Monday 15 th July 2019
Working Hours: Hours between - 9am-8pm
Summer events/late night events
Weekend work as well as weekdays
Role 1 - Guest experience Advisor
30 hours - 4 days a week
· Greet the guests/Clients, Directing them to the right place and answering any inquiries they may have.
· Resolve guest issues and concerns quickly.
· Adopt the 'Everyone Leaves Happy' culture, always taking on a positive, proactive and professional approach.
· Promote additional products and services while meeting targets and providing a positive experience to our guest.
· Maintain the Guest Feedback Tracker
· Respond to social media posts
· Ensure the job vacancy page of the website is maintained accurately with live vacancies.
· All administration is completed accurately and in a timely manner e.g. online gift card order
· Handle meeting room bookings and any additional requirements
· Have flexibility in their working hours to cover the full trading hours of the Centre on a rota basis.
Role 2 - Guest experience Host
20 hours - 3 day a week
· Meet and greet guests, Give them a memorable experience.
· Promote our brands, ask good questions to establish what guests are looking for to recommend and inspire them to enter our stores and visit a restaurant.
· Adopt the 'Everyone Leaves Happy' culture, always taking on a positive, proactive and professional approach.
· Adapt and flex communication style to meet the needs of our guests; local returning regulars, first time visitors and international guests.
· Resolve guest issues and concerns quickly. Get to the heart of the matter and make the best judgement decisions in the interest of the guest and the business.
· Highlight customer concerns to relevant departments to prevent re occurrence and suggest ways we can continuously enhance the guest experience.
· Promote additional products and services while meeting targets and providing a positive experience to our guests.
· Know the latest promotions, offers, opening hours and brand changes to give the correct information to our guests.
Customer service and administration experience desired.
