Job Title: Administrator
Location: Dinnington, Sheffield.
Hourly Rate: £11.44
Contract Length: 2 weeks, possibility to be extended for longer.
Contract Details: Temporary, Full Time
Responsibilities:
· Provide efficient administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
· Perform accurate data entry, filing, scanning, and payment processing.
· Assist with sorting parking fines and maintaining organised records.
· Assist with document preparation
· Contribute to a positive and vibrant office culture, fostering teamwork and cooperation.
Skills:
· Proficient in data entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
