Warranty & Returns Administrator based in Tilbrook Milton Keynes, this is a minimum contract for 3 months which will then be reviewed.
Pay: �8.50 - �9.50ph
Hours: Monday to Friday / 9am to 5pm

MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To effectively process all product returns requests and assist with warranty claim processes in line with company policy

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
*Validate and process all product returns requests
*Raise appropriate credit notes
*Update all transactions on CRM
*Organise return of product to warehouse/workshop
*Liaise with Technical Helpdesk and/or Quality Manager on contentious issues in respect of returns and warranty claims
*Liaise with the Site Services in respect of Returns
*Apply labour contributions and stock handling charges where appropriate
*Liaise with the Workshop in respect of inspections for warranty validation and condition of returned stock
*Liaise with CLA to ensure prompt movement of returned stock in respect of deliveries and warehouse inspections
*Bring to the attention of the line manager any suspicious return or warranty claim
*Liaise with Warranty Administrator in respect of the processing of warranty claims

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
*Customer Service Background
*Organisational and Communication Skills
*Assertive Manner
*Familiarity of LES product portfolio
*Proficient in relevant SAP & CRM processes (advantageous)
*Ability to problem solve
*Ability to work under pressure
