Working for an ever growing company based in Nantwich, my client is looking for a confident, proactive individual to join their busy, small but friendly team.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who possesses good administration and people skills.
The aim of the of the position is to deal with customer order discrepancies on a daily basis processing all the relevant administration that comes with each case. You will be responsible for your own customer accounts set within a region, liaising with the sales reps, clients and transport team to deal with with issues within a timely manner.
Duties will include:
� To action delivery paperwork and return notes
� Organising replacement goods
� To liaise with carriers daily to ensure service needs are met
� To accurately record and report transport delivery failures
� Reporting any compliance issues
� Attending monthly meetings with the Logistics team to report and discuss areas of service failure
� Accurate data entry onto system
� Recognising improvements that can be made to reduce the number of internal errors
� Assisting with the daily overflow of processing sales orders
