My Redhill based client have beautiful offices and offer excellent benefits for working for their company. The administration team is small & friendly, and there is a buzzy atmosphere in their fast paced environment.

They are looking for an administrator to process orders & provide excellent sales support in a B2B environment. The role requires a professional and efficient approach to all customers.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

·  Answering incoming calls - handling them in a polite, effective and efficient manner.

·  Deal with stock and delivery issues.

·  Aftersales support such as returns, invoice queries, credits and debits.

·  Filing and keeping customer database and delivery log up-to-date.

·  Check stock availability / prices.

·  General administrative duties

·  Order processing
