An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing business in Crewe. My client is looking to recruit a proactive, well organised individual to join their small but busy team.
Duties will include:
* Processing orders from dealers accurately
* Dealing with customer queries & handling cases through to completion
* Updating clients on lead times
* Arranging vehicle deliveries
* Vehicle leasing administration
* Placing Vehicle rental bookings
* Ensuring customers receive highest level of service
* Processing lease renewals
* All other admin support duties as required
Ideally you will possess similar previous office experience working within the fleet management,leasing,automotive or car dealership industry however full training will be given.
