ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR A TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT WHICH WILL BE ON AN ONGOING BASIS. �10.56 PER HOUR, BASED IN SWINDON TOWN CENTRE.
The successful candidate will be contacting surgeries and hospitals to chase outstanding medical reports. Arrange prepayment for these reports if needed and establish timescales for returning the information required. Updating records with the outcome of these calls and negotiating high medical fees down. Discussing alternative options for gathering medical information with the Underwriters e.g. copies of patient records or target reports in place of Medical Record Reports if the fee is too high.
You will have the following skills:

Ability to work under pressure.
The role is is based within a major blue chip company and is a very short walking distance of Swindon bus station and train station, with an on-site Coffee Shop and Restaurant. 20 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays and after 12 weeks you will be entitled to an extra 2 days holiday and the possibility of joining the pension scheme if you meet certain criteria.
