We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Assistant based in Hazel Grove, Stockport. This is a permanent full-time position where you will join a fantastic team in a challenging but exciting environment! Duties:
*Typing, filing and archiving
*Answering phones & general reception/door
*Binding and accompanying letters
*Distribution of post and franking
*Stationery orders
*Chasing books in and pick up
*Credit control
*Assisting with basic payroll
*Professional clearance collation
*Meetings - prep/clear up and catering
*Archiving
*Holiday cover in office
*Brews!
Candidates must:
*Have general admin skills
*Have good Excel and word understanding
*Have an Excellent phone manner
*Have a great Attention to detail
*Keen attitude - willing to learn and help
*Able to work under pressure
*Ability to prioritise varying tasks
Working hours: Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm
Salary: �15,000 - �16,000 per annum
